Our maintenance contracts include all types of air conditioning and mechanical services equipment from packaged unitary systems, packaged split systems, builtup systems with direct and open drive compressors, computer data centre systems, water cooled systems, air cooled chilled water systems and water cooled chilled water systems.
A maintenance contract with T&B Air Conditioning Services Pty Ltd will ensure that your mechanical equipment is professionally maintained and you will not be left high and dry from unforseen breakdowns when needed.
T & B Air Conditioning Services Pty Ltd provides 24 hour, seven days a week emergency breakdown service to all our regular clients.
We have a technician on call at all times and after hour service can be initiated by simply contacting our normal day time business number: (07) 3274 4877
Emergency breakdown response time from when a call is initiated is normally a maximum of two (2) hours or sooner depending on travelling delays and conditions on the day.
Alternatively, to avoid after hour penalty rates a service call may be initiated by emailing service@tbair.com.au for site attendance during normal working hours.
